Food safety is one of the core elements in our industry and is a priority for Planet Gourmet. A number of routines are implemented and followed during all stages of handling, preparation and storage of food. Correct and systematic implementation of food safety principles during each process such as receiving, food storage, preparation and cooking, cooling and re-heating, packaging, transportation and delivery, as well as cleaning and sanitizing of the facility, and personal hygiene of the staff works to prevent food poisoning and avoid potential risks to health.
